Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee covers you the customer so that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your puchase you can simply return the goods for a full refund. The cost of the goods will be either credited to your customer account for future purchases (on-line and in-store) or money can be refunded to your credit card, bank account or if preferable by cheque. If you would like to exchange the goods for a product of equal or lesser value (in which case we will organise a credit for the difference) this can also be arranged. If your are returning an item in this case YOU are required to cover the cost of postage/shipping and all goods must be returned in their original packaging in a cardboard box or postage satchel within 14 calendar days of reciept of goods.
