Payment Options

Cranbourne Music accepts most popular payment methods for purchases made on our site.

These include:

Credit Card - through our secure server is the preffered method of payment. All Credit Card payments are processed within 24 hours of recieving the order and if for some reason there is a problem you will be notified by phone or email.

Bank Deposit / Direct Debit - payments are also welcome. Once the transfer of your payment has been verified with our financial institution we will ship the product(s) immediately. This process may take up to 24 hours after placing your order. Our bank deposit details are as follows:

Cheque / Money Orders - are also welcome. Please be aware that payment by this method means that item will only be shipped when the payment has cleared with our financial institution.

Once payment has been confirmed/verified we will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped. All enquiries regarding your order should be accompanied by the order number attatched to your verification email.
