Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee* covers you the customer so that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your online puchase you can simply return the goods for a full refund. The cost of the goods will be either credited to your customer account for future purchases (on-line) or money can be refunded to your credit card, bank account or if preferable, by cheque. If you would like to exchange the goods for a product of equal or lesser value (in which case we will organise a credit for the difference) this can also be arranged!
If your are returning an item under the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, YOU are required to cover the cost of postage/shipping back to us BUT if you are exchanging products we will ship your new item free of charge!
All goods must be returned in their original packaging in a cardboard box or postage satchel within 14 calendar days of reciept of goods.
Procedure for return of goods:
- Send our sales department an email outlining your complaint/issue.
- Inform us as to what steps you would like to take to assist you.
- Once your return/credit has been approved, and you have recieved a confirmation email, pack your
items(s) in original packaging then inside a box or satchel and return your item to:
