How will you send my order?

Delivery Method

When you place your order with Cranbourne Music you have a number of options as to the means in which you recieve your goods. You can either choose:

  • Australia wide (-The shipping price will be displayed here-) – Your order will be packaged accordingly and will be sent by TNT Road Express or Australia Post.

  • Pick Up – Cranbourne Store (No charge) – Your order/payment will be processed electronically, then you will be notified as to when your goods are ready for pick-up at our Cranbourne Store.
  • Pick Up – Melbourne City Store (No charge) – Your order/payment will be processed electronically, then you will be notified as to when your goods are ready for pick-up at our Melbourne Store.
  • Pick Up – Blackburn Store (No charge) – Your order/payment will be processed electronically, then you will be notified as to when your goods are ready for pick-up at our Blackburn Store.
  • Please send me a shipping quote – Choose this option if you are uncertain of delivery costs and if you are in a remote or hard to reach location for delivery. An answer to your request will be provided within 24 hours.

    *Please Note:
    We prefer customer’s to have their orders shipped to a business address or workplace. If you are not able to have the item delivered to a business address, extra delivery charges may apply. Some of Cranbourne Music’s orders (Generally $100+) contain valuable musical equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your order, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left our warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
