I’ve got the wrong product, what do I do now?

Return Policy

Cranbourne Music offers a Return Policy on all items if they fall within the usual guidelines of our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee or have been damaged or are simply the wrong item.

If an item is being returned because of a problem with the product or misunderstanding of the product description, we will cover the cost of return postage within the first 7 days after purchase. In most cases it is not possible to return the items free of charge at your end, but we will CREDIT you the cost of postage once the item has been received back at our store. Any items returned after 7 days, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping. We cannot cover the cost of EXPRESS or COURIER SERVICE only normal ECONOMY SHIPMENT/ROAD EXPRESS. We will not accept returns with C.O.D.

Procedure for return of goods:

  • Send our sales department an email outlining your complaint/issue.
  • Inform us as to what steps you would like to take to assist you.
  • Once your return/credit has been approved, and you have received a confirmation email, pack your
    items(s) in original packaging then inside a box or satchel and return your item to:
