Cranbourne Music aims to be among the most competitively priced on line music store in Australia. If you find another stores advertised price
to be cheaper than our listed price on line please contact us sales@cranbournemusic.com.au and we will gladly endeavor to match or beat it!

Most of our prices on line are available upon request at our retail stores with the exception of ONLINE ONLY prices. To check whether an on line price
is available in store simply check with a staff member at one of our retail locations here.

All prices listed in our online store are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of G.S.T. All prices are correct at time of publishing and every effort is made
to keep pricing fair and up-to-date. All order receipts will include the price of the product at time of purchase plus your shipping or freight charges
including G.S.T. Cranbourne Music reserves the right to change prices for products displayed in the store at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors
that may appear in the on line store.

Faulty Goods

Should your order or item be in any way faulty or defective and if it falls within the Manufacturers Warranty or our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Cranbourne Music is more than happy to provide you with a new item (within 7 days of receipt of goods), organize a repair on your item or offer you a refund on your item. In any case you are required to contact us sales@cranbournemusic.com.au or on 1300 272 626 and we will advise the correct steps for you to take.

If, and when, your item does need to be returned for a Faulty Goods Claim, all Faulty Goods must be accompanied by their purchase receipt or invoice and must be in their original packaging and in a cardboard box or postage satchel.

• We will cover the return cost of faulty or damaged items that are being exchanged for a new or replacement products.
• We will not cover the cost of returns that fall under the 14 Day Money Back guarantee scheme.
• We will not cover the postage cost of returns that are being returned for a refund.

I’ve got the wrong product, what do I do now? 2017-04-24T21:05:08+00:00

Return Policy

Cranbourne Music offers a Return Policy on all items if they fall within the usual guidelines of our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee or have been damaged or are simply the wrong item.

If an item is being returned because of a problem with the product or misunderstanding of the product description, we will cover the cost of return postage within the first 7 days after purchase. In most cases it is not possible to return the items free of charge at your end, but we will CREDIT you the cost of postage once the item has been received back at our store. Any items returned after 7 days, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping. We cannot cover the cost of EXPRESS or COURIER SERVICE only normal ECONOMY SHIPMENT/ROAD EXPRESS. We will not accept returns with C.O.D.

Warranty

The warranty period on products varies between brands and distributors. Generally most products carry a minimum warranty period of 12 Months, with the exception of Guitar Picks, Guitar Strings and Drum Sticks. You can feel safe with the knowledge that your On Line purchase is fully covered by a Manufacturers Warranty and that just because you bought an item over the internet that you are in any way disadvantaged in terms of warranty claims or returns. The same applies for faulty goods, which will fall either within the guidelines of the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee (within 14 days of purchase) or the Manufacturers Warranty.

If an item does need to be returned for a Warranty / Faulty Goods Claim then it falls under two categories:

a) Items purchased under the FREE SHIPPING offer – Items purchased that included free shipping at the initial time of purchase, must be returned at your expense. We can assist you with how to ship the item and the best/most reasonably priced carrier to use in your circumstances. Once the item has been repaired/replace we will cover the cost of sending the goods back to you.

The delivery time on all orders will vary depending on stock availability and your location and/or delivery address. If your order is placed on a weekday before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and your items are In Stock, your order will be dispatched the same or next day by either TNT Road Express , or Australia Post and you can expect delivery within 2-5* business days. If an order is placed on the weekend it will be dispatched on the next trading day (most likely Monday; and if in stock) and should arrive within 2-5* business days.

Warranty

The warranty period on products varies between brands and distributors. Generally most products carry a minimum warranty period of 12 Months, with the exception of Guitar Picks, Guitar Strings and Drum Sticks. You can feel safe with the knowledge that your On Line purchase is fully covered by a Manufacturers Warranty and that just because you bought an item over the internet that you are in any way disadvantaged in terms of warranty claims or returns. The same applies for faulty goods, which will fall either within the guidelines of the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee (within 14 days of purchase) or the Manufacturers Warranty.

If an item does need to be returned for a Warranty / Faulty Goods Claim then it falls under two categories:

a) Items purchased under the FREE SHIPPING offer – Items purchased that included free shipping at the initial time of purchase, must be returned at your expense. We can assist you with how to ship the item and the best/most reasonably priced carrier to use in your circumstances. Once the item has been repaired/replace we will cover the cost of sending the goods back to you.

Basically there are three ways to find the product or item you are looking for:
